Operations Supervisor
An international company is looking for an Operations Supervisor in Singapore to take a newly created role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day aspects of the operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on cargo pickup and update delivery reports
- Monitor customers's request and enquires to ensure all are fulfilled with minimal complaints / errors
- Supervises and provide guidance to junior staff in different work areas
